“Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally,” Harry Styles’ new album, was announced on Jan. 16. The announcement included the eccentric cover art and the release date of the album: March 6. Just days after the announcement, he publicized a 2026 worldwide tour, “Together, Together” which begins in May and, after seven cities and 50 shows, will end December 2026.
Buzzing from the excitement of this announcement, fans immediately began to reminisce on Styles’s past two major solo concert tours: “Harry Styles: Live on Tour” (2017-2018) and “Love on Tour” (2021-2023). Harry Styles does an exemplary job combining pop culture’s two favorite things: music and fashion (or at least my favorite things).
His fashion looks in Harry Styles: Live on Tour established his signature ostentatious style: bespoke suits, high waisted trousers and lively colors, featuring designers like Alexander McQueen, Charles Jeffery, Calvin Klein, Gucci, Palomo Spain, Givenchy and Harris Reed. His outfits seemed to be defined primarily by black, gold, white or silver, although he does indulge in subverting expectations by anchoring his fashion palette in classic, conventionally elegant colors but breaks this as he incorporates oranges, pinks, reds and other vibrant colors, a classic trait of his. His style was much “classier” during “Live on Tour” than “Love on Tour,” and fans’ social media and fashion magazines documented his personal style development.
“I love how he was not afraid to express feminine and masculine sides of himself in his fashion,” Taylor Faassen (12) said. “A personal favorite suit from this tour was worn in his first show in San Jose, a blue Gucci floral print silk suit.”
The print was designed by Italian illustrator Vittorio Accornero, who worked with Rodolfo Gucci from 1960 to 1981, providing illustrations for Gucci silk scarves and creating the famous Gucci Flora print for Princess Grace of Monaco in 1966.
“I feel like there are not a lot of other artists that express themselves in such unique ways, with such intricate patterns that are very expressive,” Faassen said. “They might seem ugly to some, but once you truly see the vision, it’s so easy to love.”
Styles rocked a new craze of bare chests under metallic suits and unconventional popstar vogue quickly rose to surface after his first solo tour, artists like Steve Lacy and Conan Gray taking inspiration from his wardrobe. In a Nov. 2017 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Styles said, “I think [in] both music and fashion, [my] main influence was probably Shania Twain,” revealing his thoughts on Twain, and noted her impact on his personal style and artistic navigation.
Shania Twain is now confirmed to support Styles in his six-night residency at the Wembley Stadium in London during his 2026 “Together, Together” tour.
After the release of his second studio album, “Harry’s House,” he kicked off “Love on Tour” in the summer of 2022, in which he peaked in his personal style even more than the first time. After self proclaiming that his tailored trousers are still trending years after his first tour, Styles wore them this time with prints of shapes and color, vibrantly dancing around the stage, microphone in hand. He wore a denim vest canadian-tuxido (which made fans’ jaws drop), high kicked in matching sets and, of course, wore more feathered boas than you could count in a Party City warehouse.
“I loved seeing what he wore each night of tour and I always thought it was fun to see what color he was wearing,” Ella Kaplan (12) said.
During “Love on Tour,” Styles made his signature performance footwear choice Adidas, nicknaming his Adidas x Gucci and Samba shoe choices “Satellite Stompers,” which drove a revival in the popularity of this sneaker.
“I think that he has a really creative stylist, and I love all of his bold choices on both of his main tours,” Kaplan said. “Im super excited to see what he wears on this tour in compared to his past ones.”
Harry Styles fans, or “Harries,” anticipate not only the release of his album, but also the start of the tour to see what new fashion concepts he brings.
