National data on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests, detainer requests and detentions through Oct. 15, 2025 was releases on Dec. 1, 2025, including 5,138 arrests in San Diego. While the number of arrests rose by more than six times in San Diego since 2024, data shows that 2,992 — more than 58% — of the arrested hold no criminal history, while another 749 are pending criminal charges.

Furthermore, the average year of birth was 1988, with the youngest born in 2025 and the oldest in 1939.
