Emily Chao

Emily Chao, Staff Writer

By the time she was 15, Emily Chao had already moved across the country five times. Out of Sunnyvale (CA), Miami (Florida), Burlingame (CA), Basking Ridge (New Jersey), and San Diego, she considers the latter to be her favorite place to call home. What could ever top the beach, good weather, and great food? Writing has always been a passion for Emily, and she is very excited to share her voice on the Falconer, in her first year on the paper as a junior. Other than writing and plowing through schoolwork, you’ll find Emily reading (who would have known?), playing beach volleyball, spending time with family and friends, and training for her next triathlon.
