About the Contributors
Talia Rosenthal, Staff Writer
From reporting about school board budget news to sharing her opinions on which Love Island character would most likely be found at the school in a journalistic expression, Talia Rosenthal, a sophomore, covers it all. As a Staff Writer, Rosenthal looks forward to reporting on all the happenings at the school and helping the Falconer receive national recognition. Outside of the newsroom, Rosenthal can be found consuming Alani energy drinks, giving it her all on the beach volleyball court and working to create an inclusive school environment as a Peer Assistant Leader. Rosenthal is the middle child sandwiched between two brothers. When she has downtime, she enjoys reading cheesy romance books, watching her favorite YouTube creators and spending time with family and friends. Rosenthal hopes her first year at Falconer is one to remember and that she can learn and grow with guidance from her peers and advisor.
Priscilla Akin, Staff Writer
This is Priscilla Akin’s first year on staff and she is so excited to be a Staff Writer. Her favorite pieces to write are personal pieces, but she is always up for a challenge. Outside of room 311, she heads straight to the beach volleyball courts. In her free time she can be spotted at her best friends house, looking for concert tickets, watching endless rom-coms and volunteering in her favorite kindergarten classroom. She is looking forward to continuing journalism throughout her high school career and improving her writing skills.
