As a junior, the third-year member of Falcon Vision, Daniel McKie is your host of High School Side Hustles. The founder of the first Torrey Pines High School podcast hopes to introduce students into the business world using the trending form of media, podcasts. Video has always been a passion of his, even at the young age of nine! In his free time he likes to DJ, work on the jumbotron, and even run his own club. Motorsport is a big passion of his, and he tunes in every week to watch F1 and Nascar, and he even interviews drivers every year at the Long Beach Grand Prix. He looks forward to running the podcast for the second year in the row with a brand new co-host Max Brown.
Max Brown is a Senior in his second year of Falcon Vision. He loves watching and reporting on any sport he can. He is super excited to be back on Falcon Vision after taking a year off. His favorite part of reporting is being able to see his stories published and shown to the school and world. On top of Falcon Vision, Max is also a lacrosse player and has played varsity since his sophomore year. On the side, Max runs his own business called ToffeeBreak, selling chocolate and toffee-covered matzo, blending his Jewish heritage and entrepreneurial spirit.
